Valentine's Day

I made heart cookies with dough I didn't use at Christmas.

Mike and I had dinner with our friends Sue and Chris the other night. Sue had some pictures on her phone that she sent to me, from the wedding. Here's a few:

I celebrate my 64th birthday

Katherine took me to our favorite Japanese restaurant, "Aki." We both got Bento lunches. So good!

Flowers from the kids. I also got candy and gift cards, including on for Joann's from Mike I will surely enjoy using! 

The one from the kids is for Bed, Bath and Beyond. I used some of it for a 'flip and fold' laundry doo-hickey that makes it easy to fold shirts. And fun!

Lunch at Aki was the day before my birthday because Katherine was going on a ski trip to Pennsylvania, which was booked before she realized it was my birthday. So I got to celebrate 2x!

Michael made me some really goooood lasagna. It is now in his recipe book under the name "Mom's Birthday Lasagna." 

All in all, a great birthday.
